I’m 41, have not had a noticeable cycle in 4+ months. Pre 40s I could not tell I was ovulating. However 1 day ago I experienced actual book described fertile ovulation. Hi I am nearly 40 and 8 months ago gave birth to my 8th child. The past 3 periods have been on time but for 3 days the loss is live red blood and a lot of it like what you lose straight after a baby and it gushes. I go through a lot of sanitary towels in those three days. I also experience lightheadedness. Currently my doctor has arranged blood tests for me and I am very anxious as one of those tests is for ovarian cancer.

I have been getting upset stomachs and diarrhea after eating during my period, along with being exhausted. It almost feels like I have a stomach bug when I have my period!!!
