I had sex on April 21st and I was suppose to start my period on may 6th but it didn’t start until may 17th and it was vibrant red with some clots and lasted for 4 days which is unusual for me. I was 11 days late for my period but it was 3 weeks since I had sex so I don’t think it’s implantation, so I took a test when I was 10 days late and it said negative. Am I pregnant?

I just experienced some light spotting this morning. It’s day 14 of my cycle and my period lasted 4 days. We are trying for a baby and had sex on days 10 and 12.
How do I know if this is implantation bleeding (after a possible early ovulation and conception?) or ovulation bleeding? And if it is ovulation bleeding, how likely is it that I could become pregnant, either from the previous intercourse or if we try again today/tomorrow?
